Poppy and Will love to play in their garden. But what will happen when it disappears one day?

Home Sweet Garden is a gentle and charming show for young audiences. It tells the story of a family and their front garden through the use of puppetry, music and audience interaction. Inspired by the decline of front gardens in the UK and its impact on the environment, the story illustrates what happens when one day a family’s garden just disappears!

Home Sweet Garden highlights the importance of urban green spaces, not only for the wildlife that resides in them but for people, whose quality of life is enriched by them. With an original music score and beautiful set, this show will have the audience running for their gardening kits!

A very enjoyable and concise show about the pleasures of nature – with an important message that we need to look after it. We would recommend it to children 7 and under, who are curious about the world – and if you are looking for a little meaning with your entertainment. – The Primary Times
