a puppeteer stands before a panel illustration of the french alps. Several puppet farm animals are in front of them, they are holding two puppets, a marmot and a dog.

Fun-loving puppy Oskar leaves the snowbound little house on top of the Swiss mountain where he lives to try to find a friendly animal to play with. But where are all the animals? Ans why does Oskar have to wait until spring to play his favourite game again?

This original play for young children uses a rich mix of storytelling, physical theatre, clowning, puppetry and music & song to tell the tale of a puppy’s search for friendship in the wilderness of the Alps.

A perennial favourite during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, this well-known English company returns to the Puppet Animation Festival with this charming production after the success of Pitschi, the Kitten with Dreams, in 2016.
